I received my order and it did not have the engraving as I had asked for. I informed the company of this and they immediately corrected it and sent me exactly what I had asked for. My two son's gave me a lighted crystal block for Christmas of them when they were very small, in the tub, and covered with bubbles! The detail is amazing.....what better gift for a mom to receive. I absolutely love it!

I want to thank you for my beautiful ornament. My cat frosty was very special to me. I have the ornament displayed on my kitchen window still. The picture was a perfect picture replica.

Just received my crystal prints that I will be giving to my family this Christmas, they are going to love them, came out better than I expected, is a great representation of my brother who recently passed away, Thank You very much for doing an unbelievable job transferring the picture over to a crystal print, will recommend you to everyone who asks where I got it. My husband made me cry at Christmas when he gave me a crystal print of my aunt and one of my grandma both of whom had passed away, he also gave me a crystal keychain with their pictures inside...amazingly thoughtful and totally beautiful..thank you so much...I'm now going to order from you this week for someone else... awesome work..

I am deployed in a remote base in Iraq. i will not be home on my anniversary this year, and i wanted to do something very special to let my wife know that she is on my heart more than ever. A Crystal Prints representative handled my request very efficiently. It felt like one-on-one service! I was able to complete the entire transaction via email (as we have no phones out here), and my wife received a gorgeous lighted crystal panel with a custom photo and a verse that i wrote just for her. She will treasure it forever, and i could not have a higher recommendation to give for customer service!! Awesome!!!
